01 · The hero

Call button in thumb’s reach

One tap dials 01843 866011 before the customer has even scrolled. No hunting, no contact page detour.

02 · Trust bar

Honest proof, straight away

Fully insured, work fully guaranteed, 24/7. All true, all above the fold, no invented reviews anywhere.

03 · Services

Eight services, eight pages

EV chargers, rewires, testing, solar PV and more. Each matching a search a real customer makes.

04 · Commercial and domestic

Sells the how, not a task list

Deadlines kept, other trades never held up. That is what wins commercial contracts, so it leads.

05 · The gallery

Their real jobs, not stock

LED fit outs, coastal solar, units at night. Every photo is theirs. Proof, not decoration.

06 · The enquiry form

Job type becomes the subject line

Whatever the customer picks lands as the email subject, so urgent call outs jump out of the inbox.

The design

Everything on the page earns its place by getting the phone to ring.

The CTA, one tap, impossible to miss

Built from their logo up

No template, no stock branding. We pulled the charcoal and gold straight from the D. Grieve & Wife mark, paired it with a strong condensed headline face, and let their logo sit proudly on a dark ground, just like their flyers.

Their real work, not stock

The hero and gallery use photographs from Grieve & Wife’s own jobs: LED fit outs, coastal solar installs, commercial units at night. Real proof beats stock photos every time.

Call to action everywhere

The phone number lives in the header, the hero, and every section that answers a question. On mobile, one tap dials the office, no hunting, no contact page detour.

Trust without inventing it

No made up reviews or fake star ratings. The site leads with what is true: fully insured, work fully guaranteed, 24/7 call outs, Kent and London covered. Honest proof, boldly presented.

The brief

Premium electrics deserved a premium website

Sam and Ralph run a growing electrical firm. Offices, retail units and industrial warehouses on the commercial side; rewires, extensions and renovations at home. Available 24/7, fully insured, work fully guaranteed.

What they did not have was a website. Enquiries relied on word of mouth and flyers, and people searching for electricians in Kent could not find them at all. They wanted a bold, punchy site that matched the quality of their work, sold how they operate on commercial jobs (hitting deadlines, working alongside other trades without holding up the programme) and pushed one action above everything else: call us.

Electrician web design FAQs

Websites for electricians: your questions answered

Thinking about a site like this for your own trade business? Straight answers below.

Yes. We design websites for electricians and other trades across Kent, built around the one thing that matters most: making the phone ring. Click to call buttons, clear services pages, and local SEO for the towns you cover all come as standard.

It depends on how many pages you need and the areas you want to target. We give you one clear, fixed quote before any work starts, with no hidden extras and no hourly surprises.

Most trade websites take a few weeks from start to live, depending on the size of the site and how quickly we get your content and photos. We agree the timeline with you upfront.

Getting found is the point of the site, so local SEO is built in from day one: proper page titles, a page for each town you cover, structured data, and fast load times. We build the on page foundations that help the right local searches find you.
