The challenge
Selling a watch worth thousands to someone who has never met you
CW Watches buy and sell genuine, fully inspected Rolex, Tudor and TAG Heuer from Canterbury, shipping UK wide. Two businesses run through one site: people buying a watch, and people selling one.
Both need the same thing before they act, which is a reason to trust a dealer they have not met. Everything on the site is pointed at that.
What we did
A shop on one side, a sell your watch route on the other
The collection is a proper online shop, with a page for each piece in stock rather than a gallery, so a specific reference can be found, read about and enquired on.
Sellers get their own path instead of being funnelled into a contact form: tell us about it, get a fair offer, insured collection, same day payout.

The result
Two clear front doors, one clear reason to trust
Buyers and sellers are sorted within a screen of arriving, and each route says exactly what happens next. The reviews and the FAQ sit where the hesitation actually happens, rather than being buried on a page nobody visits.
After launch
A shop that takes orders, and sends us work
The site went live on 5 August 2026 after moving off a hosted platform and keeping the existing web address, and it takes orders through Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
The measure we did not expect came a few weeks later. Another watch dealer got in touch and opened with “I got your details from CW in Canterbury”. A client we had just put live was recommending us inside his own trade.
