How it runs
Four stages, and you sign off every one
- 1. A conversation. Fifteen minutes on what the business does, who you want calling, and what the site has to achieve. Phone or WhatsApp, whichever suits.
- 2. Design and words. We design from your brand and write every page. You read it and change whatever you want before a line of it is built.
- 3. Build. We build it, test it on real phones, and set up the enquiry routes so they land where you actually read them.
- 4. Launch and after. Live on your own domain within about seven days of go ahead, with twelve months warranty.

Launch is not the end
What happens once your site goes live
Two different things, and we keep them separate on purpose.
Every site comes with twelve months warranty. If something breaks, or stops working the way it was built to, we fix it. That is not optional and it is not an upsell.
Separately, if you would rather not think about hosting, updates and backups at all, we have a care plan that handles the lot for a monthly fee. Plenty of clients do not take it and that is completely fine.

How much does a small business website cost?
Packages start at £495 for a complete five page site, £995 for up to ten pages with a blog and WhatsApp chat, and £1,995 where you need to take payments or bookings. Anything larger is quoted on what it actually involves, from £3,000. One fixed price for the whole job before you commit, half to book and half on launch. More in how much a website costs.
How long does it take?
About seven days from your go ahead to the site being live, assuming photos and approvals come back promptly. The conversation and the design sign off happen before that clock starts.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The site, the domain and the words are yours. If you ever want to move to someone else, you take all of it with you and we help you do it.
I already have a website. Can you replace it?
That is the usual situation and it makes the job easier rather than harder. We keep whatever is working, including your existing web address, and rebuild the rest.
Can I update it myself?
Yes. You can change text, prices and photos without breaking anything, and we show you how before launch. If you would rather not, our care plan covers it.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
Every site comes with twelve months warranty, so anything that stops working the way it was built to is on us to fix.
Do you only work with businesses in Kent?
Most of our clients are in Kent and we are based in Maidstone, but we build for businesses anywhere in the UK. Two of our current clients are London and UK wide.
What do you need from me to start?
